To strategically and purposefully provide connection for all Youth and Hyphen to Jesus Christ through worship, discipleship, fellowship, and to see local Youth and Hyphen ministries dynamically transformed by the power of God. We desire to equip and engage the Youth and Hyphen of the Texas District UPCI to become intentionally involved in evangelism and the spiritual awakening of their generation. Our goal is to ensure that every district sponsored event and program fulfill this mission as we endeavor to impact a generation and forever change our world for the glory of God.
